This will eventually contain a series of notes, mini-treatises, and essays on various facets of the Law, to include:
- Wild Law and Earth Jurisprudence - A legal philosophy in which recognizes the rights of the natural world; Wild Law is the application to a human legal system which will enforce those rights.
- Maine Probate Law & Practice - The Law of Probate Estates and Guardianships in Maine
- Federal Fiscal & Acquisition Law - From the Anti-Deficiency Act to the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement
- Military Law - not including UCMJ, which really isn't my specialty.
- Federal Employment Law - Equal Employment Opportunity and Management Employee Relations
- Copyright law - especially regarding public domain and creative commons licensing
