Welcome to Doug's Wiki, a test/developmental wikiDoug's Wiki is a test/developmental wiki running on the MediaWiki software engine. This is a private effort to gather research materials, test prototype projects, and develop better wiki methods. If you want to collaborate, you must send me an e-mail telling me who you are and, if I haven't worked with you before, you should tell me how you came here and what you want to collaborate on.
The inverted Taijitu (太極圖), or traditional symbol of yin yang (陰陽), is a symbol of Taoist alchemy. I use it here to imply "spiritual alchemy", which I extend to include the search not only for ways to change increased Ch'i, but also for life changing events and wisdom.
N.B. This site is not intended to present information from a particular point of view. It is a research library under construction. It contains references that have been gathered to support ongoing projects or those under consideration by the users, not to advocate any position. Material used in this research may be controversial or offensive, such as research materials on slavery and National Socialist economic theory. Furthermore, the site is being used to develop wiki methods and as an incubator for projects. Incubating projects, such as my pages on photography may be intended to convey information, but are not complete and may be quite stale. Projects such as my work on various legal fields are necessarily incomplete and I would gladly welcome collaborators.
