Sweet Potato Pie
3 good size sweet potatoes
¾ to 1 c. (1½-2 sticks) butter |
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar |

Add spices, mix, and bake in bottom pie crust at 375° for about 1 hr, then add a sugar/cinnamon mixture to the top and return to the oven for approximately 15 mins.
