Army Training
Civilian Education System (CES) Training
- This is for all civilian employees through GS-15, training is technically mandatory but rarely enforced. However, some of the training is a prerequisite for other professional development opportunities. For example, The Intermediate Course (Advanced Course for GS-13) is mandatory to be eligible for the DoD Executive Leader Development Program (ELDP).
